{"id":3107,"date":"2014-08-21T09:55:08","date_gmt":"2014-08-21T12:55:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.capitanes.org.ar\/?p=3107"},"modified":"2014-08-21T09:55:08","modified_gmt":"2014-08-21T12:55:08","slug":"10-anos-del-decreto-1010-04","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/capitanes.ar\/capitanes\/10-anos-del-decreto-1010-04\/","title":{"rendered":"10 A\u00f1os del Decreto 1010\/04"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10 A\u00d1OS DE BENEFICIOS PARA LOS MARINOS ARGENTINOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El<strong> Decreto 1010<\/strong> firmado por el ex-presidente <strong>Dr. N\u00e9stor Kirchner<\/strong> el 6 de agosto de 2004, derogando los \u00abnefastos\u00bb Decretos 1772\/91, 2094\/93 y 2733\/93, y obligando a los propietarios\/armadores a reintegrar a la matr\u00edcula nacional los buques o artefactos navales que hubieran cesado en forma provisoria, sin ninguna duda, y a partir de ese d\u00eda, los marinos argentinos dejamos de ser extranjeros en nuestro propio pa\u00eds a la vez que la Naci\u00f3n toda recuper\u00f3 la plena soberan\u00eda sobre nuestros mares y r\u00edos, nos devolvi\u00f3 la nacionalidad, la protecci\u00f3n del Estado y nuestro leg\u00edtimo derecho para negociar colectivamente las condiciones laborales abordo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A 10 a\u00f1os de aquel hist\u00f3rico momento, compartimos el discurso que el Capit\u00e1n de Ultramar Marcos R.
