{"id":3185,"date":"2014-03-30T09:09:13","date_gmt":"2014-03-30T12:09:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.capitanes.org.ar\/?p=3185"},"modified":"2014-03-30T09:09:13","modified_gmt":"2014-03-30T12:09:13","slug":"paritarias-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/capitanes.ar\/capitanes\/paritarias-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"Paritarias 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sin conflicto, han finalizado las negociaciones entre el Centro de Capitanes y las c\u00e1maras empresarias del sector mar\u00edtimo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco de las negociaciones colectivas de trabajo iniciadas en el mes de enero, entre la C\u00e1mara Argentina de Empresas Navieras y Armadoras (CAENA), la C\u00e1mara de Armadores de Bandera Argentina (CARBA) y la C\u00e1mara Naviera Argentina (CNA), y el<strong> Centro de Capitanes de Ultramar y Oficiales de la Marina Mercante (CCUOMM)<\/strong> y el Sindicato Obreros Mar\u00edtimos Unidos (SOMU), el d\u00eda 26 de marzo de 2014, se alcanz\u00f3 el Acuerdo Salarial que regir\u00e1 para el per\u00edodo 1\u00ba de abril de 2014 al 31 de marzo de 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El acuerdo firmado incrementa en un veintis\u00e9is por ciento (26%) los salarios de convenio vigentes al 31 de diciembre de 2013. Dicho incremento se abonar\u00e1 en dos cuotas: 13% a partir del 1\/4\/2014 sobre los salarios vigentes al 31\/12\/13; y el 13% restante a partir del 1\/7\/2014, tambi\u00e9n sobre los salarios vigentes al 31\/12\/13.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo se acord\u00f3 adicionar, a partir del 1\/01\/2014 un incremento del cuatro coma ochenta y cinco por ciento (4,85%) sobre los salarios b\u00e1sicos vigentes al 31\/12\/13, a modo de adelanto del acuerdo alcanzado.
